Late this afternoon on Lake Harriet in Minneapolis, Hennepin County there was
easily 700 roosting gulls in three groups out on the ice before the Bald Eagle
came through and spooked them all up. The Great Black-backed, Lesser
Black-backed, Thayer's, and 3 immature Glaucous Gulls were seen before they
exploded into the air circling high above and disappeard.
