A moment ago, my platform feeder just outside my window had Purple Finches, House Finches, American Goldfinches, Dark-eyed Juncos, one Oregon form DEJU, one Fox Sparrow, Common Redpolls (who returned after a two day hiatus), and a lone Hoary Redpoll who has been around most of the winter. A pileated flew in and scared them all off before I could get my camera. Grrrrr.
