This afternoon from 1:30 to 2:30 I had a warbler wave of over 75 in the tops of
oak and pine trees. There were mostly Yellow-rumped, also 12 Nashville, 2
Blue-gray Gnatcatchers, 3 Tennessee, 2 Ruby-crowned Kinglets, 2 Northern
Orioles. On the ground were Palm Warblers, 5 Harris's, 1 White-crowned, 3 Song,
2 Lincoln's and 4 White-troated Sparrows. What fun!
