On Sunday, Judy Chucker and I counted at least 24 Bald Eagles hanging out
in the Burnsville landfill and nearby pylons, close to the intersection of
Washburn Ave and Hwy13. These were mainly juveniles but included several
adults.

We also saw a dark-morph Red-tailed Hawk (beautiful), dozens of American
Crows and hundreds of Starlings. It was a hoppin' place.
