Hey everyone- I was just driving along Interstate 94 south through Minneapolis when I saw a large buteo (Red-tail?) flying along the highway just north of exit 226 (53rd Ave N.). The bird was wearing jesses and I could see one clearly on each leg. This was about 11:50 am. No good rabbit hunting on the highway so I figure some one might be looking for a bird.
