Here is more info on Snowy Owl sightings in Sibley County: at the intersection of County Roads 8 and 17, there is a little set of buildings called Rush River. A Snowy was seen 1/2 mile west or so on 8 at 4:00 today(Tuesday), and yesterday(Monday) and it's within two miles of(where it was seen at 1PM Tuesday)
