Our bird had a darker chest and perhaps a more vibrant salmon colored belly. Interestingly, while this range in plumage is not indicated in either the Sibley or National Geographic field guides that I have, it reminds me of the pair that nested in northwestern Yellow Medicine County a few years ago.
