I tried posting this last Thursday, but it didn't seem to work. Last Thursday, I saw an amelanistic red-tailed hawk perched in a tree along the east side the northbound lane of 494 in Eden Prairie. It was located just north of Valley View Rd exit/entrance. It was all snowy white, except for its pale red tail. It was beautiful.
