We found a pair of Western Kingbirds in the same area they have been seen in other years in Ramsey in Anoka Co. Take Taprock St off of 10/169 and pull into the empty lot on the right. Male was seen by large Ash tree next to the highway west of siren. Tony Lau Otsego, MN
