Sunday Morning Marsha Moreen and I found the Eurasian Sparrow located by Doug
Kieser and Scott Meyer on Saturday in Yellow Medicine County. It was difficult
to get a real good look at it with the heavy foliage of the cottonwood tree
next to the bridge. We also saw 2 male house Sparrows at the same location
although not at the same time, but they did give a good comparison of size. I
thought there were perhaps two Eurasian Sparrows present but we could not
confirm that.
Other birds found Sunday morning in north Yellow Medicine and South Lac Qui
Parle.
