Three Red Crossbills were at my thistle feeder today at my Hutchinson address.One male orange- red. Female greenish brownish with yellow on forehead and chest. Juv brownish with heavy brown streaking. The juv did retire later to feed again. Did not see any white wing bars on any of the three birds.
