Ramsey Cnty: Kestrel - nesting pair Yesterday, 03-28, and today observed a nesting pair of kestrel's at the intersection of Nebraska Ave W & Cohansey St. The birds are in a tall pine within the Elmhurst Cemetery just West of this location, near the fence. Nest is 4 feet from the top. You may hear them before you see them, because they have already seen you. There is a grey leafless tree farther off to the West & North of the pine where they tend to perch. If it is quiet, they are off hunting.
