Jerry Pruett and I did a little birding around SE Minnesota today. We saw quite
a few migrants. Lots of Junco’s bunching up along the road. Song sparrows
coming, American Tree Sparrows going. Fox Sparrows in smaller numbers. An
unexpected Vesper Sparrow and Ross’s Goose. Fun but cold and windy day. I have
attached a link to a flickr album of some of the migrants we saw. Nothing rare
but have a look if you like.
