Been doing some bird surveys on the lovely and varied church campus. Pleased to find 50 species on, over, or within view on adjacent waters. Breeders include: Eastern bluebird, tree swallow, song sparrow, robin, gray catbird, black-capped chickadee, warbling vireo, yellow-throated vireo, great crested flycatcher and blue-gray gnatcatcher! Lovely assemblage thus far.
