The kingbird was not seen from about 7am until 11am this morning.
It was first spotted by Kim Risen in shrubs east of the picnic table at mile 
marker 36. It was far across the grassy field in green shrubs & dead
bare branches on the left side of the protruding "island" of trees & bushes. 
Several birders got close looks and heard it calling.
