No really big news. There were only a couple of small leads in the ice, and the few gulls present on Calhoun left about 4:10 p.m. A few common mergansers remained on Calhoun and the last duck on Lake Harriet before it froze, was a lesser scaup female, surrounded by a bunch of coots. Also one very patient, and lonely, bald eagle. ---- Join or Leave mou-net: http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=mou-net Archives: http://lists.umn.edu/archives/mou-net.html
