After finally cleaning up after the near hurricane last in New Ulm (4.3 inches in 2 hours) , I finally had a chance to review the RBA. Yesterday (Friday) about 4:00 PM I heard (did not see) the Chat calling noisily for about 30 seconds near the area Shawn Conrad reported this morning and as reported by Chad Heins on Friday. I proceeded up the road north and came back around but could not relocate.
