Hard bird to find in Scott county. There are 5-6 consistently seen at the same spot that I reported the short eared owls last winter. They hang near the roundabout on Tintaocanka Lane between 21 and McKenna Road. Nesting here. Saw female carrying food yesterday. Lots of other sparrows here as well.
