Late afternoon was an interesting trip. went to find American Golden Plovers and found 24 of them just across the border in Traverse County. However, did have a Black Crowned Night Heron fly in front of me as I was leaving for the evening. Always an interesting visit out to the Impoundment. Thanks to Wayne Perala for posting about the Plovers this weekend.
