I took a look at Cook WTP`s late this afternoon and the phalarope was still there at 5:15. It was still on the north shore of the middle pond. I have been told in the past that there should be no driving beyond the gate area. Please respect that if you visit. There is an open manhole just beyond the gate area, be careful. I would like to be able to check in the early morning to report if it is still there but will not be able to.
