This afternoon around 1:45 there was a Townsend's Solitaire in Powderhorn Park
in south
Minneapolis. It was on the steep hillside feeding in a crabapple tree. The tree
is near two
large cottonwood trees on the east side of the Lake. Someone flushed it from
the crabapple
tree and it few to the top of the large cottonwood. It then moved slightly
further south from
the cottonwoods into a tree adjacent to a berry-bearing tree (Buckthorn?).
