The Rough-legged Hawk was at the same spot as before today around 2:00: SE quadrant of MN-55 and Barnes Avenue in Inver Grove Hts (where US-52 and MN-55 split).
There was also a Red-shouldered Hawk on the north side of 100th St East, IGH. It flew and perched on a power pole straight west, before continuing on its way.
