I had a chance to spend a couple of hours the past mornings at Hok-si-La, and
while I was only in the area near the parking lot, there were some nice birds.
Though not high in numbers, was able to see the following:

Yellow Warbler
Palm Warbler (higher in number and the most common warbler past 2 days)
American Redstart (male and female)
Tennessee Warbler
Chestnut-Sided Warbler
Golden Winged Warbler
Magnolia Warbler
Common Yellowthroat (near the water's edge by the parking lot)
Northern Waterthrush
Wood Duck
Red Bellied Woodpecker
Bald Eagles

Notably absent were prothonotary, but hopefully they'll show up in the next
week.

Have a blessed day,
Fr. Paul Kammen, Rosemount
