Erik Collins and I are looking at 3 Black Scoters on Pigs-Eye Lake in southern Ramsey County. We’re looking from the point on the southeast side of the lake accessed from the end of Red Rock Rd. Generally there is a lot of truck traffic on this road but right now not so much.
