A male Rufous Hummingbird is coming to a feeder at the residence of Kathryn
and James Rudd in Eagan, Dakota County. They first noticed the bird in
mid-September, and it has been regularly visiting since then. Today,
between noon and 1 PM the bird made appearances about once every ten or
fifteen minutes.

Kathryn and James are excited to share their bird with others under the
following restrictions:

   1. All visitors must call prior to showing up (Kathryn's number is
   651-357-8141).
   2. Visitors are allowed tomorrow (Thursday) but only after 3 PM.
   3. Visitors are allowed on Friday after 9:30 AM.
   4. For the weekend and beyond (should the bird remain): please call
   Kathryn.

This is their address: 3690 Cardinal Way, Eagan, MN. Visitors should park
along the street on either side of the road. This is a quiet suburban
neighborhood with schoolbus traffic in the mornings and afternoons, so
please adhere to the restrictions above. The bird is coming to a feeder on
the back side of the house and is only visible if you're standing in their
backyard, which is accessed through a gate. Hence, there is no reason to
show up unless you have called and received permission from Kathryn to be
there.

Good luck and bird responsibly!
