Saw FOY Goldfinch in spring/summer colors in an Aspen tree on the berm on
the southern boundary along with some Yellow Rumped Warblers nearby. There
were a number of Red Wing Blackbirds sheltering in the trees and bushes on
the western perimeter of the ponds. Only waterfowl were Canada Geese, one
of which perched on the boardwalk rail and would not move. It chose
instead to hiss at me as I gave it as wide a berth as possible while
walking by.
