I apologize for not posting this earlier. I was conflicted about posting this 
because it’s a rare-regular species, which I usually don’t cover. (I focus on 
casual and accidental birds.)

But seeing as this one is so close to the Twin Cities, thus more easily 
accessible to many than making a trip to the western border of the state, I 
figured that I may as well share it.

A Say’s Phoebe has been photographed and observed by ~20 birders at 140th St 
Marsh. Originally found by Rick Schmid. Here’s an eBird report with photos and 
a description of the bird. (Most observers simply said “continuing bird,” which 
isn’t very helpful at all.)
