The next online gathering of the informal "Minnesota Global birders" group will feature Gerald Hoekstra's Central America birding trip in March of this year. The trip covered a range of habitats in Belize - a country that is protecting a major part of its natural environment - plus the forest around the Mayan ruins at Tikal National Park in Guatemala.
