Back in mid-July, we had the most shorebird luck at Marsh Lake on T-156
running south off Hwy 7. There were two good spots facing west along
T-156, best in the morning.

There is another viewing point at the end of 271st Ave, north of Hwy 34 and
near the dam. Look for a "Public Water Access" sign and drive north to
the end of 271st. Here were hundreds of pelicans but the water edge is way
out from the end of the road.
