I had an olive-sided flycatcher in my "yard" today. It initially threw me for a loop, because the lighting was bad and I had to keep moving around it trying to see its colors, etc.
After seeing it from below, the side looking into the light, and then finally with the light at my back... It turned to face me and I had a great view of its "vest." The mosquitoes were getting me, but I just really had to figure it out. Glad I spent the time. It's a new yard bird.
