A change has been made in the generation of the checklists provided on
moumn.org. If a record has been "excluded" in the database, the record
no longer shows up on a person's checklist. A record may be excluded by
the seasonal report compilers or in the process of updating the
occurrence tables. Also if a record requires documentation and MOURC
votes to not accept the record, the record is "excluded".
