Long-tailed jaeger continues today (Sunday). If it isn’t on the water when you get there, you may have to wait for it to come back as it seems to be out stretching its wings more. Yesterday morning it disappeared behind the landfill for ten minutes or so and then came back.
In the evening it stuck around until about 6:30 and then followed the gulls south to their roost.
