Brian Sandstrom found a tricolored heron at the Watonwan WPA in very western Blue Earth County last night. I have not personally seen it, but others confirmed that it continues this morning. Viewing is from Amber Road. The bird is foraging near the small dam area. (44.0168770, -94.3607472)
