[mou-rba] Snowy Owl Downtown Minneapolis

Saw a snowy owl fly over the intersection of 10th Street and Nicollet Mall
today about 12:45.  

 

Was just at roof level (15 floors) so might have been scared off a nearby
roof as a helicopter was flying up farther above.
