My buddy, Sam Jolly, just found a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher a few miles
west of Touch The Sky Prairie in Rock County. GPS coordinates:
43.718424,-96.342133

Bird was found on a “no passing zone” sign on the side of the road. Here is
