As you are well aware, mou-net receives little email traffic these days as
observers have mostly moved towards other media for spreading word about a
rare bird. Mou-rba, in particular, has been used hardly at all. In fact,
only four messages have been sent on this particular listserv over the last
four years, and only one of those mentioned a Rare Regular, Casual or
Accidental species. So, we are considering shutting down mou-rba.

If you have any reason why you think mou-rba should NOT be closed down,
please email me directly sometime in the next week. (No need to
"reply all")

Thank you,
Paul
