I have tried both methods of installing Mozart on my mac, which is
running 10.3.9. Using the .dmg method lacks the gmplib necessary. using
darwinports leads to the error:
$ sudo port install mozart
---> Configuring mozart
Error: Target com.apple.configure returned: configure failure: shell
command "cd
"/opt/local/var/db/dports/build/_Users_tim_darwinports_lang_mozart/
work/mozart-1.3.2.20060615" && ./configure --prefix=/opt/local
--prefix=/opt/local/mozart --with-inc-dir=/opt/local/include
--with-lib-dir=/opt/local/lib" returned error 1

checking for tkConfig.sh... configure: error: Can't find tk. Use
--with-tk to specify the directory which contains tkConfig.sh
I also noted that tkConfig.sh is located on my system at
/Library/Frameworks/Tk.framework/Versions/8.4/tkConfig.sh
