Thank you for pointers to these sources. I do understand the security concerns for making these functors accessible (in particular BootName.newUnique). For my purposes, however, the resulting reflection capabilities are very highly welcome ;-)

The Browser and the Inspector are compiled during Mozart bootstrap compilation, when x-oz://boot is accessible. IMO, this is (or should not be) no longer so when the installation package is created.

The sources to the functors you mention are e.g. mozart\platform\emulator\modBrowser.spec, modObject.spec, browser.cc etc.
