This is my problem....
I have a optimisation problem that I can make it's feasible solutions by some
simple constraints, for example one of my solutions is something like this: [1
5 6 7 3 2 8 4] (a permutation of {1,...,8})
but in making cost function step I have a problem like this:
I can't directly make cost function by same variables, I have to sort my
solutions, but as already mentioned, sorting destroy my script (or at least I
can't write it).
how can I do that?
