Hi, Mostafa!

1 - you usually must have cygwin installed, including almost all of
category devel. This is only required by native functors, but everything
that's fun includes them :o)

2 - just invoking "ozmake --install --package=<pkgname>" should do the
trick, but apparently on WinXP ozmake has some problems detecting gcc and
stuff, so:

3 - ozmake --extract --package=<pkgname>
4 - cd <newly created dir>
5 - ozmake --gnu --build    OR     ozmake --nognu --build
6 - ozmake --install
