In Emacs convention, the hyphen means "pressed at the same time". So,
M-C-x and C-M-x are the same thing.
I assume writing C-M-x is more common, as the control key usually is
left of the meta key.
Not only that, but when my cursor is positioned at the top of the
intentionally errant function, C-x `
returns "No more errors yet" instead of jumping to the error as shown
in this screenshot
