There are two documents that give BNF definitions of Oz:
1. "The Oz Notation" at
http://www.mozart-oz.org/documentation/notation/index.html.
2. Appendix C of the CTM book.
The kernel language is a subset of the full Oz language, see, e.g.,
Appendix D of CTM.
