             Pre-conference event of CP-AI-OR:
        International Conference on Integration of
AI and OR Techniques in Constraint Programming for

Medicine and healthcare is rich in computational
problems, among them many combinatorial ones. These
problems are often hard because of their large scale,
their inherent multiple objective nature, or because
modern medical technology entails specific, non-standard
problem structures. As a consequence, classical
techniques are often insufficient, and innovative
approaches in modelling and computation are required.
Further, solving these complex problems can have
  far-rearching impact.

Papers are solicited from all areas concerned with the
  application of modern combinatorial optimization
techniques in the healthcare domain. Areas of interest
include, but are not limited to:
    - disease diagnosis,
    - treatment design,
    - healthcare provider operations,
    - genomic analysis,
    - biomedical informatics.

The workshop is aimed at both computationally oriented
researchers with new insights into previously studied
problems, as well as medical researchers who face new,
challenging problems from their medical practice. It
will offer a unique venue for knowledge exchange and
  cultivate potential multidisciplinary collaboration in
  this challenging field of bio-informatics.

The workshop proceedings will be published on-line at the
workshop website. Papers should not exceed 15 pages.
Submission information is given on the workshop website.
