I asked about this and I learned that CTM is not available (yet) as an
MIT Press eBook (mitpress-ebooks.mit.edu) but it is available as part of
the CISnet, the MIT Press Computer and Information Science Library
(cisnet.mit.edu). It is a subscription service that gives complete
searchable access to around 170 popular MIT Press books including CTM.
