Ok thank you Mark and Torsten. "CTaMoCP" is a bit more reading than I had wanted to go through to learn logic programming in Oz, but I suppose I had better do the job right from the start, rather than run around in circles half blind.
My only previous knowledge in logic programming comes from learning Prolog and creating example forward-chaining and backward-chaining inference engines in C, 10 years ago. That OzNLP book looks sexy.... maybe.... uh... so many books/girls, so little time!
