After two weeks waiting for comments, and since nobody disagree, we won't let
CfP submitted by non-members go through the mailing list.

I am working programmer interested in obscure programming langauges and
in the results of programming language research. I am therefore subscribed
to a large number of langauge specific mailing lists like this one and I
get a copy of these CfP emails from most of those lists.
However, as a working programmer, I am unlikely to ever attend on of these
conferences let alone submit a paper to one.
Personally I'd be happy to never see a CfP again on this list :-).
