What exactly is (or is not) happening?
Is the oz opi (Emacs) running? Do you get any error messages?
What version of oz are you trying to use?
Also, unless something has changed that I'm unaware of, oz version 1.4.0
does not work with vista correctly. If you use version 1.3.2 you
shouldn't have any problems. If you are trying to use version 1.4.0, the
advice is that you uninstall that version BEFORE installing version 1.3.2.
