Perhaps when Mozart/Oz is installed it could try to detect the location of
Emacs, or even prompt the user? Then it could set the OZEMACS variable
accordingly.

There are some common/likely places for it to be, e.g. "C:\Program Files
(x86)\Emacs\bin". Of course some people will not have it installed in a
common location, or might have multiple emacs installations, or what not,
and they can choose their location when installing, or set OZEMACS manually.

To avoid this step, I wonder if the launcher could use a default path for
emacs if OZEMACS is not set. That would be the default location
