On March 11, 2002 mozilla.org made available for download binaries of
the Mozilla 0.9.9 Milestone.  The builds and release notes are
availbable at http://www.mozilla.org/releases/.  New to this milestone
are fixes for about 2,000 bugs including:

* MathML is now enabled by default on those platforms that support it,
  including Windows and Unix.
* The JavaScript debugger, (aka Venkman) can now profile JavaScript.
* Greatly improved View-> Page Info dialog.
* Mozilla now supports SOAP.
* Users now have the option of installing plugins in the Mozilla user
  directory ($HOME/.mozilla/plugins on Unix).
* Mozilla has a new Page Setup dialog and the Print Preview window is
  much improved.
* Mozilla now has a full screen mode in Windows builds.

and much, much more.
