I guess I don't understand the question. Are you attempting to build
signtool and experiencing failures, or did signtool not build when you
followed the build instructions? If it's the latter, it's possible that
signtool is not included in our default build set. In that case, cd
into mozilla/security/nss/cmd/signtool and run gmake. If it's the
former, let me know what the build failures are.
